RUC and DV, no mystery. To invoice.

In Panama, the RUC (Single Taxpayer Registry) is the number identifying each taxpayer before the DGI, whether a natural or legal person. The DV (verifier digit) is a control number tied to the RUC. Together, RUC and DV unambiguously identify whoever issues or receives an invoice.

To issue FEP e-invoices you need your RUC and DV, and they must appear on every document. Your client's details (their RUC/DV or, for final consumers, the corresponding ID) also go on the invoice.

FacturaHub stores your RUC and DV in your profile and automatically includes them on every e-invoice, along with your client's. You don't have to retype them each time.

To activate issuance you need your RUC, DV and Factura Fácil credentials (company, branch and API key). FacturaHub guides you through activation and, once ready, you invoice with FEP compliance with the AI, Claude or the dashboard.
