FacturaHub is the software a freelance graphic designer in Spain uses to invoice without stepping away from design: you run your invoicing with AI from wherever you are — on WhatsApp between projects, from Claude on your desktop or from the web dashboard — with all data synced in real time. It calculates 21% IVA, applies 15% IRPF (or 7% for the first 3 years), generates the PDF with your NIF and prepares the quarterly Modelo 303, automatically. No more losing hours each quarter on spreadsheets or chasing unpaid invoices.
The flow is simple: you finish a branding, packaging or web design project. You open WhatsApp and type "invoice 2,400 to Studio Creativo for visual identity". FacturaHub creates the invoice with 21% IVA, 15% IRPF (because you're invoicing a Spanish company), generates the PDF with your tax data and sequential numbering, and sends it to the client by email. In 10 seconds you went from "project finished" to "invoice sent".
If you work with international clients — agencies in Germany, startups in the Netherlands, brands in France — FacturaHub automatically applies intra-EU IVA at 0% when the client has a European VAT number. For clients outside the EU (USA, UK, Latin America), invoice without IVA. You don't need to remember the rules: the system applies them for you.
New freelancer? For the first 3 years you can apply reduced IRPF of 7% instead of 15%. FacturaHub lets you configure this once and it applies to all your invoices. When the 3 years are up, switch to 15% and done — no recalculating previous invoices.
At the end of the quarter, FacturaHub automatically generates the Modelo 303 breakdown: output IVA (what you've charged clients), input IVA (what you've paid on hosting, software, printing expenses, etc.) and the net result. Export the CSV, hand it to your accountant or enter it yourself on the AEAT. No spending hours with a spreadsheet.
Clean PDF with your tax data, NIF, logo and sequential numbering. Every invoice from FacturaHub looks professional — as if you'd designed it yourself.
Withholding is calculated automatically based on your settings. For new freelancers (less than 3 years registered), apply the reduced 7%. For the rest, standard 15%. No errors, no recalculating.
Send a detailed quote with line items (branding, logo, identity manual). When the client accepts, convert to final invoice without rewriting anything.
Complete invoice history per client. How much you've billed each one this year, what's pending payment, how many days each invoice is overdue.
For clients with EU VAT numbers, FacturaHub applies 0% IVA with reverse charge. The legal note is automatically included in the PDF.
Snap a photo of the print shop receipt, Adobe subscription or coworking bill. AI extracts the amount and input IVA. Added to Modelo 303 automatically.
Output IVA vs input IVA, broken down by rate (21%, 10%). Export CSV ready for the AEAT or your accountant.
"Invoice 800 to Pepsi for packaging" — type that on WhatsApp and the invoice creates itself. Also works from the web dashboard and API/MCP.
If you've been registered as a freelancer for more than 3 years, you apply 15% withholding on invoices to companies and other professionals. If less than 3 years, you can apply the reduced 7% rate. FacturaHub calculates withholding automatically based on your settings.
Graphic design services are taxed at the general 21% IVA rate. There is no reduced rate for design. If invoicing an EU company with a VAT number, you can apply 0% IVA with reverse charge (intra-community transaction).
Yes. For EU clients with VAT number: 0% intra-EU IVA. For clients outside the EU (USA, UK, Latin America): no IVA. In both cases, no IRPF — withholding only applies when the client is Spanish. FacturaHub applies the rules automatically based on the client's country.
Yes. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, Canva Pro, hosting, domain, printing — all are deductible expenses. Log the expense in FacturaHub (you can snap a photo of the receipt) and input IVA is automatically included in your quarterly Modelo 303.
Yes. If you made an amount error or need to cancel an invoice, you can create a corrective invoice that references the original. Maintains sequential numbering and keeps correct tax records.
Yes. Until mandatory electronic invoicing takes effect (Verifactu: January 1, 2027 for companies and July 1, 2027 for freelancers), PDF invoices with NIF, sequential numbering, IVA and IRPF breakdown are perfectly valid. FacturaHub generates PDFs that meet all legal requirements, and will activate Verifactu without you switching tools.
Yes, and it saves them hours. Your accountant gets invoices and expenses in CSV and PDF and the box-by-box Modelo 303 draft, calculated automatically from your data. You can also give them read-only access to see it in real time, no email attachments. Fewer accounting hours for them, less cost for you.
It reduces the risk of slip-ups that end in surcharges: automatic sequential numbering, IVA and IRPF applied by rules (not guesswork), complete data on every invoice and quarterly deadline reminders. When Verifactu becomes mandatory (2027), you already comply. Not a legal guarantee, but it removes the human slip-ups that cause the most penalties.
