AI invoicing means you describe what happened and the software does the rest: type "invoice Acme €2,000 for the March website" — via WhatsApp, from Claude or in the dashboard — and AI identifies the client, calculates IVA at the right rate (21%, 10% or 4%), applies IRPF withholding if your activity carries it, generates the PDF with your NIF and sequential numbering, and emails it. Can the AI get IVA wrong?

IVA rates (21%, 10%, 4%, exempt) are applied with tax rules, not AI improvisation. AI interprets your message; the tax calculation is deterministic. And you always see the invoice before it goes out.

How is this different from invoicing software "with a chatbot"?

A chatbot answers questions about the program. In FacturaHub, AI OPERATES the program: creates invoices, logs expenses, queries data. It's the interface, not a side helper.

Does my data train AI models?

No. Your data is used only to operate your account, travels encrypted and is hosted on EU servers with GDPR compliance.
